WOOHOOO! It's Friday and it's the FINAL WORKOUT OF THE OPEN! I am SO excited for our final workout and for the weekend. It's supposed to be warmer and we might even see the sunshine:)
A few #foodiefriday's ago I shared with you all of the benefits of Greek yogurt. Did you know it's super easy to make in your Instant Pot? Yep, add all the ingredients, which is just milk and culture, and let the Instant Pot do it's thing!
Add some fresh whole fruit like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and you have a delicious high protein and fiber rich meal. Make a batch of the almond flour blueberry muffins I shared last week and you have one heck of a Sunday morning.
Whole fruits are so much healthier than drinking juice and you can buy them frozen for way less money. We could all use more fiber in our diets, and when you eat more fruit you actually retrain your tastebuds to enjoy fruit's sweetness.
