1. Schedule a Free No Sweat Intro 

First, let's meet and see if we can help you on your fitness journey. We'll discuss what you'd like to achieve and create a plan to help you get there.

2. Enroll in Foundations 

Foundations is our 5 class Private Training program that all new CrossFitters complete. You'll learn the whys and wherefores of our program.

After Foundations you have the option of  joining our group classes or continuing with personal training. Some folks do a bit of both.

The Details

Call or email us to schedule your free intro session. During the free intro session we will get to know each other, we'll see how you move and we'll assess your fitness. If you're an experience CrossFitter you can drop right in to our regular classes. 

Because we believe in the CrossFit method of mechanics, consistency, intensity, we have a few paths new CrossFitters can take to become safely and effectively prepared for our regular CrossFit classes. Based on your current fitness level you will either be referred to private training or you will attend our Foundations class. 

Foundations Class
Foundations is a five-class personal training series to be completed in no more than four weeks. This series will introduce the 9 most common CrossFit movements and all of their variations, modifications and scalings. At the completion of our Foundations class you will have an understanding of how to properly and safely perform a variety of bodyweight and barbell movements. You will learn how to appropriately scale workouts and what to substitute based on your current fitness and range of motion. The class is capped at 4 people ensuring you get attention and quality coaching from our certified trainers. You will learn new things, meet new people, and have fun! Foundations class is required for all new and inexperienced CrossFitters. The cost is $250. Book your Foundations now. 

Personal Training
If you need a little extra special attention, or you're just not ready for the group atmosphere, you can attend personal training with one of our CrossFit Level 1 coaches. You will learn everything we teach in our Foundations course, and the instruction will be tailored to your fitness level. Personal Training is $70/hour, our 30 min Skill Sessions are $45, and we have multi-session packages available. Schedule your Personal Training session today.
