Congratulations to our Whole Life Challenge finishers! The is the second Whole Life Challenge we have competed at the True Spirit CrossFit & Yoga, and we are so happy with the results, lessons learned, and new positive lifestyle choices all of us are making. It shows in our faces, performance, demeanor and attitude that we are healthier now than we were 8 weeks ago. Our next Whole Life Challenge begins in May, we hope all of you join us! Heidi Maxwell is the winner of our Whole Life Challenge! Heidi took over 2 minutes off her Double Baseline, and lost 8 inches off her body. Heidi wins $165! Way to go Heidi! Heidi choose the Performance level, and the winner of our last Whole Life Challenge, Wendy Richards, was also a Performance level player. Coincidence? Max Effort Deadlift Today's the day to establish your new 1 Rep Max. Cashout: 100 Sit-ups for time. Jeff Martone is the king of kettlebells. This is a great video on the finer technique of the kettlebell swing. Today's swings are Russian Swings, raise the kettlebell anywhere from chest to eye level. Russian swings have a faster turnover rate than American swings, allowing you to do more work in the same time. Something all of your coaches like for you to do!
