Personal training is one on one sessions with a certified Trainer You and your Trainer will discuss your fitness goals, develop a plan to achieve those goals, and meet regularly to get you to where you want to be.
Some folks find just one or two sessions are all they need. Some folks workout solely with a personal trainer.
