Coach Leslie started CrossFit in 2010 when she was 38 and has been coaching since 2011. She opened True Spirit CrossFit in 2014 to help women discover their true spirit through fitness, fun and friendships.
She is Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Coach, a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach, and a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.
