We are participating in the next Whole Life Challenge. This 8 week challenge will run from May 2 - June 27. The Whole Life Challenge is more than just a nutrition challenge. It's an on-line game, where you earn daily points for nutrition, exercise, mobility, hydration, taking supplements, a weekly lifestyle challenge, and writing a short reflection.
The Whole Life Challenge is a great opportunity to try out some new healthy habits. It's all about progress, not perfection. If you don't earn all of your daily points, no worries, you have tomorrow, your next meal, or your next breath to make a better decision.
Coach Leslie has participated in two Whole Life Challenges and each one she learns something new. Whether it's patience, acceptance, or consistency. Previous winners include Wendy Lou and Heidi Maxwell.
Each week there is a new lifestyle challenge. These challenges range from 10 minutes of daily meditation, to eating without TV, computers or smart phones, to connecting with someone every day. These challenges improve our lives and make the Whole Life Challenge more than just a nutrition challenge. We are encouraged to be introspective and reflective about our daily choices. We also have weekly raffle prizes that support these lifestyle challenges. You just might win a massage, a cookbook, or some other cool prize.
