"Make a better decision." That is the mantra KStar encourages us to use when we go about our daily lives. You are in the gym, doing the mobility exercises we show you, for only ONE HOUR throughout your day. You have 23 hours to totally mess up all the good work you accomplished in the gym. Can you make better decisions throughout your day in terms of your posture, nutrition, hydration, mobility and other lifestyle factors? We have a second mantra we'd like to introduce, "Make the decision today that allows you to return to the gym tomorrow." Make a better decision today, and you get to play again with us tomorrow. Join Laura for yoga today at 9am. Please remember starting this week the 5:15pm classes will meet at 5:30pm. The Fall Whole Life Challengers did a one mile hill run for their challenge workout.
Today at noon the New Year Whole Life Challengers are meeting to take their pre-challenge measurements and perform their challenge workout. We have 54 people participating in this challenge. We have partnered with Bozeman Wellness Center for this challenge and we are so excited to have Drs. Phil Cameron and Christine Foskett on our team. They bring valuable support for health and wellness issues during the challenge. Today, everyone is going to do the Whole Life Challenge workout: For time 1000m row 80 squats 60 sit-ups 40 push-ups 20 pull-ups Does this look familiar? It should, its a double baseline. Coach James, Kerri and Trevor all row hard in last week's Row'd Royalty challenge.
We have 18 people participating in the Row'd Royalty fitness challenge. We have a STRONG crew! We are currently in 20th place. WOW! Not bad for a team of mostly novice rowers. Of our 18 crew members, 10 are masters athletes, and 6 rowed in college. Come by tonight at 6:30pm to cheer our crew on!
