"Make a better decision." That is the mantra KStar encourages us to use when we go about our daily lives. You are in the gym, doing the mobility exercises we show you, for only ONE HOUR throughout your day. You have 23 hours to totally mess up all the good work you accomplished in the gym. Can you make better decisions throughout your day in terms of your posture, nutrition, hydration, mobility and other lifestyle factors? We have a second mantra we'd like to introduce, "Make the decision today that allows you to return to the gym tomorrow." Make a better decision today, and you get to play again with us tomorrow.
