SCHEDULE CHANGE: Mondays at 9am are now CrossFit, not yoga. Yoga is offered Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am. Today's WOD The Bear Complex Complete 5 rounds (not for time) of the following barbell complex. Perform the complex 7 times before moving on to the next round. Add weight each round. If you drop the bar, you must start that round again. Touch and go within each round. Score is heaviest round completed.
