8/10 Mobility Monday
Today's workout is short and hard! It's meant to be heavy, the rep scheme is low and the workout time is short. You'll set up two barbells and go for it! Make sure you are ready for these deadlifts and push presses. Today's MWod is the ideal prep for today's workout.
Wendler front squat week 3
5 reps @ 50%, 3 reps @ 65%, 5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%, max reps @ 95%
As many rounds and reps as possible in 5 min of:
3 Deadlifts 275/205
7 Push presses 115/75
