We are so excited to introduce Coach Heidi! Coach Heidi recently completed our vigorous coaching development program. She completed her Level 1 CrossFit training at CrossFit Park City in November. Since then, Coach Heidi has shadowed 20 CrossFit classes, taught a CrossFit class to all of the current coaching staff, and taught 5 CrossFit classes under the supervision of each of our current coaches. She is ready to fly solo! Coach Heidi will lead the 11:45am class on Wednesdays.
Coach Heidi has been doing CrossFit for about 3 years now. She loves anything with a barbell! She is crazy strong and has a fantastic work ethic. Coach Heidi was a coxswain in college, and is a very good rowing instructor. She won our 2015 New Year Whole Life Challenge. Coach Heidi is excited to help you become the best version of you. Welcome Coach Heidi!
