Congratulations DOVER! You are the 2017 New Year Whole Life Challenge winner! This the second time Dover has won a Whole Life Challenge and she has finished at least 4. "As with my previous Whole Life Challenges I made weekly meal prep a priority. it was key to staying on track each week. This time I also drank less alcohol and ate more meals at home. Eating out can take you off your nutrition plan very quickly.
