3/10 Technique Tuesday
Today you are going to spend most of the class working on your snatch. Today is the day to get heavy! Heavy days are important for development of power, determination and mental toughness. Heavy days test your resolve and fortitude. You don't have to be the strongest lifter in the gym to have a successful heavy day. A successful heavy day is one where you test your limit, discover your power, and walk out of the gym with your head tall and shoulders back.
3 - 3 - 2 - 2 - 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 - 1 reps
Go for a new max effort!
If you participating in the Whole Life Challenge, you may do your final Double Baseline in class today instead of snatch. We don't think Matt Conner will utilize this option, do you ?
