The barbelles lift all the barbells-)
It takes mental strength to see and acknowledge our weaknesses. It takes character to be willing to put in the work. It takes humility to admit you have some flaws. It takes strength to be willing to work on those flaws. 
None of us is perfect. That's why we are offering a 31 Day Healthy Lifestyle Challenge March 1-31. 
All of us has something, or in my case several things, where we can do better. We can be better at sleeping, we can do more mobility, we can eat well, we can manage our stress, we can learn how to enjoy life's simple pleasures. 
During our March into a Health Spring 31 Day Lifestyle Challenge you are going to practice doing better at something every day. Some of things you'll practice will build on each other over the 31 days. Some things you'll practice will be just one day tasks. 
What are some of these healthy lifestyle tasks? I thought you'd never ask. 
The daily tasks are divided into 7 categories:
  1. Sunday - Plan for the week 
  2. Monday - Mindset and "To the Core"
  3. Tuesday - Tabata Tuesday and BTWB
  4. Wednesday - "We Love to Eat" 
  5. Thursday - Mobility and Mental Toughness
  6. Friday - 50 for 50
  7. Saturday - Get Outside
Some examples of daily tasks are:
  • Plan your workout schedule for the month and enter it into your calendar
  • Delete one social media app from your phone today
  • Watch today's sunset and tomorrow's sunrise 
  • Do couch stretch for 2 mins on each leg
  • Eat 4 different color of fruits and vegetables 
  • Give someone a fist-bump on BTWB
  • Drink 50% of your body weight in water today 
Some of the tasks build each week like meditation, plank holds, and keeping track of your food. 
To support you in this challenge you will get:
  • A paper calendar with each days tasks written on it. You can keep this visible as a reminder of what to do each day 
  • Access to a shared Google Calendar with instructions and details to support each task 
  • A March into a Healthy Spring accountability buddy
  • A private Facebook group 
The cost of the 31 day challenge is $62, that's just $2 per day. Included in the cost of the challenge is a 30 min Nutrition Consultation with Coach Audy or a 30 Min Skill Session with a Coach of your Choice. If you're already working with Coach Audy, you will get a 30 Min Skill Session. 
At the end of the 31 Day Challenge, all who finish each and every daily task will get a cash prize. The more people who participate in the challenge, the bigger the pot of cash will be.
