Today is the final workout for our week of fitness testing. We have tested our raw strength, cardiovascular endurance, stamina, power, accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and today we test our speed. The Baseline is short, fast and intense. It's a great test of your engine and your ability to go hard all the way to finish.
Most of us did the Baseline for during our Intro. Won't it be fun to see how much you've improved? Good luck!
