Today's workout includes double unders. Double unders require proficiency in timing, coordination, and balance. These three physical skills require practice. You need to spend lots of time practicing this skill so that you can create the neurological and motor skill pathways to get it efficiently. It may take some of you days, weeks, months or years to get proficient with your double unders. Keep at it. Eventually you will get them.
