WOOHOOOO! We made it to Friday! Are you ready for the weekend?
I love eating local foods and have already planted my garden for the summer. This time, later spring and early summer, in the intermountain west is one of the hardest times for eager gardeners and locavores. Why? This is the waiting period before the big summer harvest comes in. We are lucky enough to eat fabulous greens like spinach, lettuce and other delicious leafy veggies.
