Remember when we used to gather together and Coach James made us use all the gear? Don't worry, we'll do that again someday.
Today, your one thing to do is to get back on track with your hydration. Before all of the Covid craziness went down, we used to have a routine. We meal prepped and packed our bags for work. We had a water bottle that we refilled several times a day. We had structure. Now we have working in our bathrobe, day drinking, and a total breakdown of our routine.
Let's add back some of the parameters of our healthy lifestyle. Let's get our hydration back on track. Now, you can drink water all day and not worry what your co-workers think of your multiple trips to the bathroom. Just don't run out of toilet paper!
Our hydration goal for today is to drink 1/3 to 1/2 of our body weight in ounces of water. Good luck!
