Today is the first day of Spring! Can't you tell? We are celebrating Spring by opening the bay doors and running! Of course, we need to do a bit of warm-up, mobility and skill work before we set you loose.
Today's workout is a high volume of moderately heavy squats. You want to be primed and ready to do these squats in big sets.
