Twice a year since we've been open we have participated in a lifestyle and nutrition challenge, and we have partnered with the Whole Life Challenge to deliver those challenges. This New Year we are striking out on our own. We are bringing in our own nutrition coach, Audy Butler. I introduced you all to her yesterday.
We are doing our own lifestyle & nutrition challenge for several reasons, by now we know how to do it on our own, we want to keep resources in the gym, we want to include personal goals in the challenge, and we want you include weekly accountability with a real person (Coach Audy.)
We are starting our New Year Challenge on Jan 7 and we will run it for 4 weeks. Our New Year Challenge includes weekly in-person check-ins with Audy and daily accountability through Beyond the Whiteboard app.
We are offering 2 nutrition levels, Scaled which focuses on food quality through a Whole30 challenge and Rx'd which focuses on food quantity through counting macros.
Prior to starting the New Year Challenge you need to meet with me or Coach Audy to take measurements, photos, get your nutrition program and let us know your goals. You will receive an email Wednesday at 6:15PM with info on scheduling your New Year Check-in.
The Lifestyle portion of the New Year Challenge includes daily accountability for exercise, mobility, hydration, sleep and fish oil supplementation. These 5 lifestyle choices have an important positive impact on your life.
Our 4 week New Year Challenge is all about creating new habits, learning about how your lifestyle and nutrition choices affect your health and happiness and how weekly in-person accountability can be just the push you need to stick with your healthy lifestyle. Our 4 week New Year Challenge is $99 and includes four 15 minute in-person check-ins with Coach Audy.
