WOW! How did you like Honor Week? Wasn't that an incredible week of amazing workouts? Hopefully you're well rested for today. It's another long workout. We will have a smaller volume of work the rest of the week. Don't Worry. I'm not trying to kill you, just make you stronger:-)
You might need a bit of extra mobility this week. Try to get here for Goals and Goats so you can spend some extra time working out the issues in your tissues.
