We are leading you through a mobility sequence that moves your spine in all directions, moves your hips, ankles and knees, and increases your core temperature. We do these line drills because we know most of you don't stretch on your own. We see you for one hour of your day, and we have no control over how are you standing, sitting, or walking the rest of your day.
