Push, pull, rotate and stabilize. We ask our shoulders to do a lot of work in CrossFit. If you're missing range of motion or have tight muscles and fascia, you're asking your shoulders to do a lot of work while not being at 100% capability. Two minutes of these mobility exercises is the minimum therapeutic dose. Get after those shoulders! You need them strong and supple for today's workout. Today's Workout Gymnastics skills and drills then, Four rounds for time of: 5 Wall climbs or handstand pushups 10 Horizontal ring rows (feet on a box) 40 Double unders Happy Birthday Candace! Tonight is the Friday Night Throwdown at CrossFit Bozeman. Hope you all can make it! Bri and Joe have a great night planned. Here are the details Bri gave us: -Feel free to show up around 5:30 to start warming up if you wish. We would like you to sign up for a heat and pay your entry fee ($10) as soon as you get there. We will brief the WOD starting at 6 and are trying to get the first heat going by 6:15. -The $10 entry fee is for cash prizes for the top 3 in all divisions for men and women. We don't want the $10 to keep anyone from throwing down so if it's an issue let us know and we'll work something out, no sweat. -We are providing burgers and brats for everyone, we just ask that you please bring a side to share. Paleo or non-paleo we don't discriminate. Feel free to bring salads, chips, dips, desserts, fruit, veggies, and don't forget to bring the beer!
