Pay attention to your set-up. Return the bar to the same exact place for every rep. If you can move the weight efficiently, you will expend less energy and be economical in today's workout.

Today's MWod is all about taking care of your heel cords and feet. There's a reason we teach you to jump softly on top of the box, and give you the option to step down. Heel cords can get jacked up with hard jumping and poor landing mechanics. Take care of your feet today. You'll need them to do all the great hikes you have planned for the summer.
