She was interested in balancing the fitness events with all of the talks, exhibitions, and booths at Sandlot. Laurel Completes her Misogi at Sandlot JaxFour Badass Babes from True Spirit CrossFit attended the GORUCK Sandlot Fitness Festival in Jacksonville, Florida. She was seeking a community of folks who liked fitness and fun. She quickly joined GORUCK Tribe and started reading the books. After reading, The Comfort Crisis, by Micheal Easter she realized she need a misogi. However, the right one had not yet appeared before her. When she arrived at Sandlot she heard the rest of us talking about the 100# mile and realized that was the perfect misogi. What's a misogi and a 100# mile? Watch Laurel's video to find out.
