Good luck to all the Pub runners and ruckers! I think we have quite a few people from the gym Running and Rucking to the Pub tomorrow! Here's a delicious Irish inspired recipe for the weekend! I don't often share dessert recipes with you, I try to stick with healthy options. However, this one looks just too good not to share. Let me know in the comments if you make it this weekend. At the end of February I launched our Spring Friends and Family Get Started in CrossFit Challenge. The challenge has three steps:
1. Complete the online CrossFit Getting Started course by March 31 = FREE
Sometimes getting our friends and family to do what we want them to do can be its own special challenge. I'm sharing an excellent post from CrossFit Invictus on how to get someone close to you interested in the gym. Their advice is sound as they had 86 people show up to the gym for their most recent friends and family challenge! I would be happy with just an eighth of that number! Let's see if we can make that happen! Check out the above post and let's fill the gym this spring with your fiends and family!
