We use Coaches' Eye quite a bit for coaching the Olympic lifts. It allows us to take videos and pictures of your lifts and replay them in slow motion. We can then show you exactly where you're doing things right, and were you need to improve. Here, we took a snapshot of Leslie in triple extension, just before she pulls herself under the bar.
