Our second Wendler cycle starts on Monday. How many of us will need to use the grab bars after squat day? Thanks Coach James for installing them!
We will use new 1 rep max numbers to calculate our percentages for the Wendler. Add 5lbs to your shoulder press 1 rep max and add 10lbs to your squat and deadlift 1 rep maxes. Those are your new projected 1RM numbers to use for the next three weeks. Good luck!
