It was only two weeks ago that we started our expansion. What do you think? Do you like all the new space? Be on the lookout for another rig and more equipment in the next few days.
Before we asked you to tear down our wall, we asked you to write something upon it that you wanted to demolish. Many of you wrote amazing and thoughtful things that you gleefully demolished with the sledgehammer.
While that was a powerful symbolic gesture; how are you able to carry that practice into reality? What steps can you take, today, right now, to tear down the walls you've created for yourself?
In yoga, we practice at letting go of that which no longer serves us. When you get stuck in a negative loop, ask yourself how the action, emotion, thought serves you. If it doesn't serve you, it's time to let it go.
Letting go of old patterns, behaviors, thoughts, etc. is not easy, it takes daily work. Sometimes it's an hourly or minute by minute practice. Letting go of that which no longer serves you is the way to open your heart and mind to new opportunities. Good luck!
