We're deadlifting heavy today! The third week of the Wendler cycle is so exciting! Make sure you're setting up correctly. Watch this video for a review of the proper set-up with Mark Rippetoe. He's arguably one of the best coaches for the classic power lifts. Big chest, push the floor away, and be amazed at the power you posses!
