What have you learned so far? A day of hard work and feeling burnt out can be quantifiably displayed. After a morning of TrueSpirit, hiking the M, and then attempting Blackmore Peak, I felt like I could not take another step. Reflecting on my day in the Whoop app, it showed I had a 19.6/21 level of strain, which is about how I felt on that mountain. Have there been any challenges with wearing Whoop? Initial hiccups in getting it to connect were the only issues. Being able to charge it while it's on my wrist is a huge benefit. Do you have any advice for new Whoop users?
