Today is a great day! We are doing a classic CrossFit workout that so many of you can do. If you don't, yet, have consistent double unders, you need to practice more. Today's technique video shows some great drills you can do at home or at the gym. Why not come to Goals and Goats every Tuesday and Thursday and put a solid 20 mins toward double under practice?
