Regardless of whether you register, I wanted to give you a tip about reaching your goals. I call it building a different boat. Remember the scene in Jaws when the police chief sees the enormous 25-foot great white shark for the first time?
He looks at the fisherman planning to capture the shark and says, “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.”
When your goals change, you’ve got to build a different boat. The environment you used to have won’t work. The habits you used to practice aren’t effective.
You have to act as if you have already reached your goal. Your boat has to reflect what you want your life to look like.
The workout of the day this Friday is the WLC workout. Get to class a few minutes early to allow time for pre-challenge measurements. If you are unable to attend class on Friday, please make alternate arrangements with Coach Leslie.
There is NO CLASS on Saturday. We are hosting The Movement Fix seminar.

Skill: L-Sit Core Strength Exercises
As many rounds and reps in 12 minutes of:
10 Hanging straight leg raises (to parallel)
6 box jumps 30/24”
Today's workout is from way back. It's a challenging gymnastics triplet that taxes your hip explosion, hip and core strength and balance. Scale the hanging straight leg raises to knee raises. DO NOT KIP. The leg raise should be controlled and not initiated through momentum.
