Thrusters demand a stable and upright torso. How is your torso stability during the thruster? Do today's MWod jump to squat test to see where you are stable and where you fall apart. Spend some time in super couch and see if your jump to squat test improves.
Today we begin our 4 week "Who Programmed This?" contest. Each of our 6 CrossFit coaches submitted 4 workouts for the next 4 weeks of programming. Today in class your coach will ask you who you think programmed the WOD. We are awarding a prize to the person with the most correct votes, a prize to the person with the most votes, and a prize to the coach with the most votes. Good luck!
