Today's Technique Tuesday video is with our favorite no nonsense coach Mark Rippetoe. This is a longer video, but totally worth watching if you are a split snatcher. The warm-up in the video is the same we will use in class today, a 3 position snatch.
The split snatch is the original version of the snatch and is so great for anyone who struggles with the overhead squat. To be a really good split snatcher you need to have fast, fast feet Work on this today and get comfortable splitting those feet quickly. Good luck!
