Today's WOD is our Whole Life Challenge WOD.
You will run one mile for time. However, because this is CrossFit, we won't be running any old mile. Oh no! We're running one mile uphill from the base of Highland, past the hospital, to the top. Don't stress about the running part, you can walk, crawl, skip, do whatever it takes for you to get to the end of the mile. Do your best today.
We will meet at the gym for today's WOD, then carpool to the end of the course at the intersection of Highland and Knolls. We'll walk down the course together as a warm up.
