We continue setting our strength baseline today with CrossFit total. We'll be using these 1 rep max numbers to set weights for future workouts.
Many CrossFit gym have transferred from assigned Rx weights to making Rx a percentage of your bodyweight and/or 1 rep max. What do you think of this approach? How would you feel if we did that at True Spirit? Read more about Rx'd here and here.
