The hip is our most powerful joint. We rely on it to deadlift, squat, jump, ski, hike, bike and run. Today you will test your hip rotation. Developing independent and powerful hip rotation is an important competent of athletic development.
Hip rotation is critical for efficient deadlifting. Today you are doing 45 deadlifts so you'll want to move well. Watch today's Mobility Monday video to learn how to develop and test your hip rotation.
