There are many ways to do it right. That's one of Coach Leslie's favorite sayings. When it comes to scaling or modifying a movement, there are many ways to do it right, and that is especially true for toes to bar. Toes to bar is a advanced gymnastics movement, and not many of us can perform then efficiently. We need to practice in order to progress. Start with a modification that gives you full range of motion, then increase the difficulty. One step at a time, you'll get there eventually. Today's Workout Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of: 2 Front Squats 135/95 lbs 2 Lateral Jumps 2 Toes-to-bars Increase Reps by 2 each round.
