Today we are working on our body positions for a variety of movements. We are going to explore how you move, and where you might be entering the "tunnel of movement breakdown." By going super slowly we can immediately see where you lose tension, have limited range of motion, or simply don't have the strength to support the entire movement. Based on how you move, we'll be assigning some mobility or strength work to get you moving correctly.
Super slow motion movements (10 seconds eccentric and concentric)
After you move super slow, you're going to move super fast!
4 x 400m sprints
Equal rest time between intervals.
