Today we are focusing on the clean & jerk. The weight is light, so you can really pay attention to the bar path. In this video, Natalie Burgener (as in the Burgener warm up!) coaches an athlete with two very common faults. Her cues to pull the knees back and pull the bar into your hips will help keep the bar moving in the correct direction. If you're jumping forward, you're not pulling your knees back and the bar is too far away from your body. Good luck!
Today's Workout Death by Clean & Jerk 135/95# Perform one clean & jerk on minute one, 2 reps on minute two, etc. Power clean & jerk is acceptable. Have you RSVP'd for our One Year Anniversary Party? What are you waiting for? We need to know how many kegs to buy:-)
