Today we're are repeating CrossFit Games Open Workout 18.3 as part of our "We're Open in August" Challenge. We like doing this fitness challenge every August (this is our third year) because by now you may have forgotten how much "fun" these workouts are (kind of like how you forget the pain of childbirth), it's the dog days of summer and we need a little kick in the rear to get our fitness routine back in gear, and you may have done these workouts as RX'd or Scaled and you want to try a different version. For example, you did these workouts as Rx'd during The Open to score more points for your Intramural Team, but if you do them scaled you might get further into the workout. Alternatively, you may have done them all scaled and you want to see if you can do the Rx'd weights or movements. Either choice is fine. It's your chance to test your fitness.
