Today's Technique Tuesday video is all about the perfect push up. We are so pleased with the reduction of flaring elbows we're seeing the gym. Now it's time to tighten up our butts, core and shoulders to get the proper position and range of motion. Watch today's video to see what to do and examples of incorrect movement.
