Laini, of Gray Star Health, and I are back in WalMart to help you stock your pantry. Tasty condiments and spice mixes make cooking easier, but so many of them are filled with sugar and other additives that we just don't need in a healthy diet. We picked up some of our favorites in WalMart and are excited to share them with you today.
