![]() To fulfill the last of his internship requirements, Coach Noach will be giving a nutrition seminar next Tuesday Aug 19th at 7:30pm. He will cover the ins-n-outs of the Paleo diet. He will also cover some of the more popular variations including Eat-to-Perform. Noah is completing his degree in Health and Human Performance and is very well versed in nutrition for sports performance and health. This is a great opportunity to learn about nutrition and its role in your health and wellness. Admission is free for the Founder's Club, otherwise a $5 donation is requested.
