One of the things we discuss during our check-in is your goals. Some of you are really clear on your goals. Some of you not so much. In some respects, you might not necessarily need to have clearly defined goals. But, I think you need to be really clear on your "why."
Why are you doing CrossFit? Why do you come to the gym 4 days per week? Why do you get excited for some movements and dread others?
Knowing your why will keep you motivated. Knowing your why will help you make better choices. Knowing your why will help you stay focused. Knowing your why will help you scale appropriately. Knowing your why will help you know when to push and when to throttle down. What is your why? Post it to the comments.

One full Tabata (8 x 20sec of work:10 sec of rest) of the following movements:
Complete one full Tabata interval for each movement before moving onto the next movement. No rest in between movements. Score is total reps for all movements.
