All of our snatch technique work over the past 6 weeks has been leading us to this workout, Isabel. This weight is light, but with the high rep scheme the tendency for form to break down is high. We want you to be as efficient as possible with each rep. Make sure you have a good set-up each time. Bend your knees and keep your back neutral when you lean over to grab the bar.
