We LOVE double unders! Double unders are great for developing speed, coordination, balance, explosive power and cardiovascular endurance. However, they can de downright frustrating to master. This is our favorite video for tips and progressions toward efficient double unders. Do the progressions, work on the drills, practice, practice, practice.
