Death By 10 meters
Every minute on the minute run 10 meters, adding 10 meters each minute, e.g. first minute run 10 meters, second minute run 20 meters, etc. Keep going until you can no longer complete the distance within the minute. Good luck!
Death by 10 meters is a classic CrossFit Endurance WOD. We first did it during our CrossFit Endurance training course. There are several strategies to choose to successfully complete this WOD. Our favorite strategy relies on not getting caught up in your ego, and not worrying about what everyone else is doing. Want to know what it is? We'll tell you tomorrow in class:-)
