Push, pull, rotate and stabilize. We ask our shoulders to do a lot of work in CrossFit. If you're missing range of motion or have tight muscles and fascia, you're asking your shoulders to do a lot of work while not being at 100% capability. Two minutes of these mobility exercises is the minimum therapeutic dose. Get after those shoulders! You need them strong and supple for today's workout.
Gymnastics skills and drills
Four rounds for time of:
5 Wall climbs or handstand pushups
10 Horizontal ring rows (feet on a box)
40 Double unders
